Registration and Application on the Website
For first-time applicants, complete the registration using your National ID number, passport, birth certificate, driving license, or other necessary information, then select the required certificate and apply online.
Application Verification and Fee Payment
Your application will be verified by the NCC authority or the Councillor’s office, and you will receive an SMS notification on your mobile phone. After that, pay the prescribed fee through mobile financial services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Telecash, or via online banking (debit/credit/internet banking).
Receive Certificate Online
After successfully paying the fee, log in to the online certificate system to download and save your certificate.
